Safety will always be our no.1.
In fact we know we go further with our saftey practice than others. With the benefit of colleagues having both a teaching and military background 321ski offers schools the safety net that we know teachers and parents appreciate.
For example:
- 321ski will never cut costs by employing non-local ski instructors. It is only these ski instructors living locally that crucially have the necessary working knowledge of the mountain in all weathers, based upon years of their personal experience.
- Only local ski instructors are part of the resort's medical radio network, adding to your pupils' safety.
- Our school party teachers become a radio subnet of the resort. If there's an issue professional help is always immediately at hand, no matter where you are on the mountain.
- More often than not, 321ski will have a vehicle at the bottom of the slopes. This provides ultimate flexibility in times of emergency.
- Our school ski trip insurance is considered to be one of the most comprehensive on the market. Peace of mind.
- Our risk assessments that are provided to you upon confirmation of booking are based upon years of doing the same trips as teachers. A senior teacher's eye for each of our trips can't be replicated by other companies' sales staff!

The 321ski Risk Management System (RMS) is a comprehensive journal that is made available to trip leaders at the time of booking.

At 321ski we are fortunate and proud of our team that we have assembled - both in resorts and in the UK.
All of our staff are ex-teachers, and we recruit only those that have had experience in leading school ski trips for the state, academy or private sectors. That way we believe we can talk to our client schools with real authority and advise based upon our own experiences - and not a profit margin sheet!
We are the only tour operator in the UK to be able to do so.

Financial Security
321ski, as part of 321dive Ltd, offers 100% financial security. Enjoy the peace of mind that all monies paid to us are fully protected and, despite the economic recession, 321ski is financially strong. Simply put, we do not have the large overheads of our bigger competitors which then put them at risk of insolvency.
Non-flight packages
In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations1992" all passengers booking with 321ski or 321dive Ltd are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of 321ski or 321dive Ltd.
Flight Packages
£2.50 per person of the cost of our air holiday packages is paid to the Civil Aviation Authority to provide ATOL Protection to you. This means that the money paid for these arrangements is fully protected. Our ATOL number is ATOL10431. 321ski Teacher's Pack
Based upon our own experiences of leading school ski trips, 321ski has put together a comprehensive Teacher's Pack. This pack includes the Risk Management System. It also includes everything else you will need from letter templates to posters. Teachers have access to the pack at the time of a confirmed assembly launch date.
Risk Management System (RMS)
321ski continually risk assesses all of our Hotel, Ski Schools, Transport and Equipment partners. Together these procedures form the comprehensive Risk Management System (RMS). The RMS has been developed and continually revised over a significant period of time, and is based upon schools' individual experiences. This substantial document is available as part of the unique 321ski Teachers Pack at the time of booking.
