Flexiski School Ski Trip - Flexibility is Key!
321ski is committed in helping your school sustain their annual ski trip, even if you struggle to achieve the 40 paying pupil quota. If you don't achieve your minimum numbers it's not game over with 321ski.
Numbers - Coach Travel
321ski generally quote on the basis of 40 paying pupils with a 1:8 free staff ratio. Therefore 5 staff will travel for free.
Flexiski Option
321ski understands that schools sometimes struggle to secure the minimum 40 paying passengers.
Flexiski is a method that allows schools to still deliver their ski trips despite a lack of numbers, for whatever reason.
As a school you will pay a supplement of £200 per empty seat, up to the maximum 40 seats. The 1:8 ratio still stands.
For example:
- 32 paying pupils
- 4 free staff on the 1:8 ratio
- Total payable for 8 empty seats: (200 x 8) = £1600
Potential benefits:
- You have your own dedicated coach
- Extra room and comfort (double seats!)
- No further costings
- That much more individual!
