Based in Prato Nevoso, schools will have direct access to the slopes which are immediately outside the hotel. With the minimal walking, diverse variety of pistes across two resorts, high quality ski school and perfectly groomed pistes Prato Nevoso puts some of the bigger more known ski resorts to shame. The hotel is also ideally suited to schools with a swimming pool and large communal disco/games rooms as standard.

This Italian Alps ski area offers schools the full package, and across two different resorts: Prato Nevoso and Artesina. The lift company looks after the slopes exceptionally well, combing the slopes and creating artificial snow where necessary. This guarantees schools decent conditions, and augments the high quality instruction from the local ski school.
The diverse beginner pistes are designed in a way that the majority of runs are close to the resort, and this offers accelerated differentiated learning. This is a major reason why schools bring groups to the region.
Intermediate skiers are also well served. Long reds feature heavily - particularly on the Artesina side - and invite skiers on long and wide challenging slopes. Snowboarders have always been welcome here; Prato Nevoso was one of the first to introduce snow parks.
Après-ski, as well as the skiing, is available within walking distance so this makes this resort, with Hotel Stella Montis, an excellent venue for both air and coach groups.
