School Ski Trips to Austria: Zillertal Valley
With 171 lifts and a 662km area in the Zillertal Valley that is truly vast, you will never grow tired of the same slope. Many of our school groups stay in one of the several villages around Mayrhofen, taking advantage of the frequent and fast skishuttle to one of the many ski lifts.
The intermediate slopes predominate, but the beginner slopes on Mt Ahorn are extensive and crowd free. Snowboarders will be amongst friends at Mayrhofen, and experts can test themselves against Austria's steepest slope and highest accolade - a 78% gradient (Knorren Chair)...
School groups have remarked how convenient and efficient the slopes are. Any organised school trip will enjoy a different part of Europe's best and varied skiing with a little planning.
