Neukirchen lies in the heart of the Kitzbuhel Alps and within the Höhe Tauern National Park, in an area caled the Wildkogel Arena.
The majority of runs are geared toward the beginner and intermediate, with 15% being black. Being less technical than other resorts, school trip leaders see these slopes as being highly suitable for their school groups.
One interesting point about Neukirchen is that it has the world's longest tobboganing run - 14kms - and pupils can even race eachother twice weekly under floodlights should they wish! In fact 321ski keeps a leaderboard...
The resort is known to be the 'most friendly in Austria', and this, together with recent heavy investment in the lifts, makes Neukirchen a great choice for your next school ski trip.
