What's included in our SkiEssentials package on your School Ski Trip with 321ski?

321ski's aim is to make pricing and the included services and activities as transparent as possible. We offer the SkiEssentials package: an 'all-in' programme designed to meet the needs of any school ski trip. As former teachers ourselves, we promise not to throw in any hidden costs and provide everything you need.

School Ski Trip by Coach


  • Pick up at any school in England or Wales
  • Fully executive coach (includes on-board toilet facilities) with two drivers
  • Channel Crossing (by ferry or shuttle at our discretion)
  • All motorway tolls and costs
  • Full board accommodation from evening meal on Day 2 to evening meal on Day 8 (6 nights)
  • Evening activities as agreed
  • 1:8 free place ratio

    School Ski Trip by Air


  • Flights from a London or Northern based airport. Further regional airport flight departures may be available
  • Transfers from overseas airport to resort and return
  • All airport and departure taxes
  • Full board accommodation from evening meal on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 8 (7 nights)
  • Evening activities as agreed
  • 1:10 free place ratio

  • Ski equipment for 6 days
  • Ski lift pass for 6 days
  • 6 x 4 or 5 hour ski lessons
  • 321ski Rep dedicated management - one rep, one school.
  • In some resorts we also have Resort Managers

  • Collective passport
  • Drinks with meals except breakfast
  • Meals en route
  • Ski test and badges payable in advance on final invoice (if desired)
  • Some entertainment admission tickets (if desired)
  • Tourist taxes payable in resort (if applicable) - this will be advised at point of quote where possible
  • Transport to/from UK airport (if travelling by air)
